CodeIgniter 3.1.5 was released now, with one security fix and some bug fixes
Codeigniter 3.1.5
Security: Fixed email address handling in the form validation library.
Bug fixes: Database Forge, Email, Query Builder and XML-RPC libraries; and the Inflector helper.
Enhancements: Form helper.

- Form Validation Library rule valid_email could be bypassed if idn_to_ascii() is available.

For CSZ CMS been update the Codeigniter core to 3.1.5 on next version (CSZ CMS 1.1.7)
